This decision was made by the court in the case of violation of privacy.
Today, the capital’s world court considered a sensational case against Vitalina Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya, the former wife of Armen Dzhigarkhanyan. The woman was accused of putting a hidden camera in the office of her ex-husband some time ago and then broadcasting the footage on one of the TV shows. As the investigators managed to find out, the camera worked indoors for six months. Vitalina tried to justify herself by stating that she needed to follow the affairs of Dzhigarkhanyan, but the court considered this a violation of the secrets of his personal life.
The artist himself was summoned to the meeting several times, but for reasons of health he could not give his testimony. This did not prevent the judge from convincing Vitalin and sentencing her to 200 hours of community service.
